Ehap Lil, Growth and Revenue Consultant
I didn’t start in advertising
I started in operations, sales, pricing and distribution
then moved into Marketing, Growth and Data
That’s why I see growth as one complete Revenue system, not separate campaigns
The start that mattered most
My career started in 2016 inside a food manufacturing company
I came into marketing from inside the factory, not from advertising, so I see marketing as a business decision, not a campaign
I joined while the company was still building its place in the market. My work wasn’t in advertising or marketing, I was close to production, operations, pricing, distribution, inventory, the supply chain, imports and exports
That’s where I learned firsthand that sales aren’t driven by advertising alone, but by every decision made before the customer ever sees the product
Those years didn’t teach me how to sell more, they taught me why companies sell, and why they stop selling
Professional background
Moving into marketing
I learned marketing from operations experience, not from advertising
When I started doing marketing for my own business, I didn’t treat ad campaigns as the starting point, I saw them as the last step in a long chain of decisions
I knew how a product’s price is calculated, how operations affect profit, and why some plans fail before they even start, even when the ads are good and people like them
So my marketing decisions were different. They weren’t built on more traffic or a better click rate, but on understanding the link between marketing and profit, and between growth and what the company can really handle

How I work today: I don't sell campaigns, I build a system you can repeat
Today I work with companies that want growth they can explain and repeat, not just good numbers in an ad report
I connect data to business decisions, and I always look for the question that comes before the solution: Why do sales swing? Where is the budget being lost? Which channel deserves the investment? And which decision will have the biggest impact on revenue?
My goal is for marketing to become part of how the whole business runs, not a separate function, so growth comes from the right decisions and not from one successful campaign whose impact ends when its budget does
If you want to know in numbers where your growth stops, look through the services and choose the right starting point for your situation
