No, every session is 60 minutes, and if we need more time you can book a new session based on availability.

Can we cover more than one topic?

It’s better to focus on your most important problem, so you get the most out of the session.

Is every request accepted?

No, I review every request first, and if it’s a fit you get the payment details. And if the problem turns out to be outside my scope, I’ll tell you clearly.

What should I prepare before the session?

You don’t need a presentation or a special report. Your numbers from the last 3 months are enough, especially sales, marketing spend, number of customers or orders, and conversion rates if you have them. I also need to know what problem you’re trying to solve right now, and what result you want to reach. Once your request is accepted, I’ll send you what to prepare before the session.

What if I don't get value from it?

The session isn’t a promise to raise sales in 60 minutes. It’s a diagnosis where we find the biggest opportunity or problem in your growth and revenue path, and what deserves to come first. By the end you’ll have a clearer view of the problem, the priority and the next step. And if we agree on a project afterward, the full session fee is credited toward it.

Can I pay in a currency other than US dollars?

The price is in US dollars, and you can pay in your local currency at the equivalent value based on the exchange rate on the day you pay.

You get a written summary within 48 hours with the biggest visible bottleneck in your growth, 3 practical priorities for the next phase, and a list of what to stop or review right away. If the problem needs a deeper project, we choose the right service based on the diagnosis, and the session fee is fully credited to any later project.

If I think I'm not the right person to help you, I'll tell you before asking for any fee
If you leave the session without one practical step you can apply, I'll refund the full amount, no questions asked
The time is only confirmed after payment is received
Each session is booked on its own, and if we need a follow up you can book a new session for a separate fee
The session starts at the scheduled time, even if you join late
You can reschedule once for free, at least 24 hours before the session
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or don't show up, the fee can't be refunded
